Our favorite game to play at a baby shower is a baby shower bingo game. This is done quite easily with traditional bingo cards using someone to call out the numbers. Or you can also purchase special bingo cards that have pictures of baby related things or baby related words to keep with the theme.
Along the same vein as the baby shower bingo game is the baby shower tic tac toe game. This is done by making up cards that have baby related words on them or pictures and then having someone call out the corresponding words. Who ever gets the 'x' first is the winner, just as you would for getting a line in bingo.
Another great baby shower game to play is the guess the bulge game. In this game, all of the guests come with pillows under their shirts to make the mom feel more comfortable. After a while the pillows are replaced with the gifts and the mom has to guess the gift from feeling the bulge.
You could also have a baby word unscramble as a baby shower game idea. Just come up with a list of longer baby-related words, scramble the words, and then give the list to the guests. With only sixty seconds, the winner of the scramble is whoever gets the most correct in that time limit.

Or for the more active guest list, you can fill a bunch of balloons with air and a slip of paper with the baby's name on it. Only one balloon will have the correct name and the guests will need to sit on the balloons to find it. The winner who finds the right name will receive a small gift.
